Family fun

Everybody needs a valentine. We ventured out on this special love day on a hunt for a bird friend for Luke's pet parakeet, Parrie. We found "her". We are pleased to introduce to you- Ekaterina (Katy). She is the yellow one. Interestingly our family has learned much about budgies. For instance, the blue on the beak (cere) is characteristic of a male and brownish color is on the female.

We ended the day with a great gourmet dinner that Buck prepared. I'll tell you a little secret: My Georgia Boy knows how to cook!
